2 packets of pearl sago
1,5 cup grated coconut
1 3/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Pinch of salt
Banana leaves for wrapping and tooth-picks for
holding folded leaves.
Rapidly wash the sago. Do not let it to long in the water.
Then mix all the ingredients together in the bowl.
And wrap them in the banana leaf and close it with the toothpick.
Steam for 30 - 45 minutes.
